My nutrition plans are based upon pure science I learned from earning my personal training certification, medical school knowledge, and real life results since 2006. My goal is to help you make a lifestyle change; therefore, I ask lots and lots of questions before every plan is created and with each week I put you through a new phase of conditioning your mind and body to adapt to this healthy eating plan.
